The Christine Moscaritolo State Farm Agency is seeking a service-driven Account Manager who excels at building relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience, while also having the ability to naturally pivot into in-book sales conversations when appropriate.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being a reliable point of contact for clients, enjoys solving problems, and understands that great service creates organic sales opportunities. Whether you are already licensed or willing to become licensed with our support, this position offers long-term stability, professional development, and room to grow within a supportive agency environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, providing exceptional service and support

  • Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage inquiries

  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure clients are properly protected

  • Identify in-book sales opportunities and recommend additional coverage when it adds value

  • Explain auto, home, life, and health insurance products in a clear, consultative manner

  • Follow up on service requests, referrals, and client needs in a timely and professional way

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to pivot from service to sales in a needs-based, consultative way

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior insurance or customer-facing experience preferred

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required, or willingness to obtain (support provided)

  • Comfort with phone, in-person, and virtual client interactions
