The Christine Moscaritolo State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, people-oriented professional to join our Schnecksville office. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or sales experience—retail, hospitality, call center, or book sales—who is looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with service needs while learning the fundamentals of insurance. You’ll start with a base salary and earn commission as you grow your skills and support clients with appropriate coverage solutions.
Not licensed yet? We provide training, guidance, and support to help you obtain your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a friendly, dependable point of contact for customers
- Answer questions and assist with policy changes, billing, and service requests
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
- Support client retention and identify appropriate coverage opportunities
- Work closely with team members to deliver a positive client experience
- Learn to confidently present insurance solutions that protect what matters most
What You Bring
- Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, books, call center, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Sales-friendly mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (support provided)
