We’re hiring a Customer Relations Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is open to learning the insurance business. You'll start with a base salary and earn commissions for helping customers with the right coverage solutions.
Not licensed yet? We’ll guide and support you through the process to become fully licensed in Life & Health insurance.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a helpful, reliable point of contact for customers
- Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle policy service requests
- Build and maintain accurate customer records
- Support retention efforts and identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience
- Learn to present insurance solutions that protect what matters most to your clients
What You Bring

Customer service or sales experience (bookstore, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach
- Comfort with multitasking in a dynamic environment
- A sales-friendly mindset – you like helping people make smart choices

Willingness to obtain P&C and Life & Health insurance license (training and support provided)

- I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of University of Florida.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 40+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
